The founder and principal of coaching practice Forward Thought, Eric Lutzo provides executive coaching services at Weatherhead School of Management. His areas of research focus include workplace meditation, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, disclosure dilemma and authenticity. He is board member emeritus and the founding president of Plexus, the Northeast Ohio Chamber of Commerce for the LGBT community and its allies, and cofounder of the Plexus Educational Foundation.
