Dr. Jonnelle Edwards-Glenn is a postdoctoral researcher that holds a BS and PhD from the University of Toledo. During her PhD, she studied the effect of bacterial and mitochondrial peptides on salt-sensitive hypertension. She joined the Rajagopalan lab in September 2021 and is studying the effect of air pollution on cardiovascular disease, specifically vascular function and single-cell transcriptomics in atherosclerosis.
