Cost of Attendance Increase
In some cases, expenses not included in the standard cost of attendance may be added to increase eligibility for additional loans. Contact the Office of Financial Aid to request a cost of attendance increase evaluation. All approved expenses must be documented.
Examples of allowable additional expenses are below.
- Computer Purchase (One time during the program and up to $2,000)
- Medical/dental care costs
- Dependent care
- Transportation
- Car repairs
- Away Rotations - required for program/curriculum/specialty
- Residency application and interview costs over $5,000
