1 This fee supports curricular technologies, including learning space technologies, classroom support and technology, augmented reality hardware and software, simulation equipment and service, student learning tools, and support.  

2 This fee supports costs related to educational materials for medical students, which may include Personal Protective Equipment, simulation materials, software licenses and applications, anatomy learning materials, clinical credentialing processing, and career planning. This fee is not charged to 4th year CCLCM students (that is, CCLCM students admitted in Fall 2020).

Cost of Attendance Increase

In some cases, expenses not included in the standard cost of attendance may be added to increase eligibility for additional loans. Contact the Office of Financial Aid to request a cost of attendance increase evaluation. All approved expenses must be documented.   

Examples of allowable additional expenses are below.

  • Computer Purchase (One time during the program and up to $2,000)
  • Medical/dental care costs
  • Dependent care
  • Transportation
  • Car repairs
  • Away Rotations - required for program/curriculum/specialty
  • Residency application and interview costs over $5,000
