Crime: Strong Arm Robbery

Location of incident: Hazel Road by the Hazel 8 Apartments

This incident occurred off campus but because of the proximity to the university, the CWRU Division of Public Safety would like the campus community to be aware.

Date of Incident: 12/31/2018

Time of Incident: 12:30 PM but did not report it to the CWRU Police until approximately 5:00 PM

Incident Description: A male student walking in the area of Hazel Road by the Hazel 8 Apartments when a male approached him and took his cell phone and cash. 

Suspect(s) Description:  A sufficient description of the suspect is not available at this time.

Additional information: No injuries were sustained.
